More about smatrix

How does a trial work?

In an assessment, plant traits (e.g. disease symptoms/growth performance/vitality) of plants are collected. Normally, this is done manually with a sitter and paper using a scale with value ranges (descriptive words, numerical values or date formats).

Where does agricultural assessment take place?

In agriculture (e.g. fruit, vegetables, potatoes, wheat, field, stable), in viticulture, in plant breeding, with animals (pig breeding, cows, stock management, veterinary medicine and animal breeding), in active ingredient research.
