smatrix is a unique voice recognition software that enables mobile and digital data collection by voice alone. In doing so, smatrix works completely offline and guides the user through the trial table in a voice dialog, leaving hands and eyes free. 

In principle, smatrix can be used for data collection in many fields of application. The majority of our customers use smatrix for structured data collection in research trials and agricultural field trials in crop protection, phenotyping in seeds and plant breeding.    

Thus, smatrix helps in the research and development of active ingredients such as fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, fertilizers, growth regulators, biostimulants, and new seed and plant varieties.   

smatrix is your smart voice assistant and works on the basis of predefined voice commands. For example, to start smatrix and begin data collection of your score, simply say "Listen". If you want to pause the data collection, say "Pause". And during the assessment, you will be guided through your trial table by a voice dialog with smatrix. smatrix is offered as a subscription model. You do not have to buy smatrix, but only pay for its use. All we need is an informal message or a phone call so that we can then send you either an offer or an order confirmation straight away. 

With a subscription of smatrix agroscience for Android you have the choice between two different durations: 6 months and 12 months. 

We call our subscriptions "all-inclusive subscriptions". In addition to the app itself, the price also includes extensive services. For example, online training and support are also included. You can find out exactly what is included here: Prices. 

No, you don’t. For making your subscription quick and easy to handle, we charge the price for the entire subscription period when you place your order. 

If you have already tested smatrix for 30 days free of charge, you do not need to uninstall or reinstall smatrix. After your order has been processed you will receive a delivery e-mail. This e-mail contains important information about your subscription as well as all necessary steps to activate your subscription. With this e-mail you will also receive your license key(s) to activate smatrix.  

As a subscription, smatrix is automatically renewed for the period you have selected, unless you have cancelled the subscription in writing at least three days before its renewal. 

To cancel a subscription just send an informal e-mail to info(at)smatrix.systems. At short notice you will receive an e-mail from us with the confirmation of your cancellation. 

Since smatrix does not have its own user account management, your license will be linked to the device ID of your smartphone or tablet upon activation. To dissolve this link, please contact us via support(at)smatrix.systems and let us know that you would like to use smatrix with another device. After that, the same license key can be entered on another device.
